If I had the time and money I could come up with a plan to ensnare Superman as well.

The point is if you throw Batman into the ring with a Spiderman or Wolverine with no prior planning and tell them to go at it, Batman is going to lose.

He is HUMAN. Spidey could knock him unconscious with a flick of his finger.
